Tomorrow

Today, I woke up to the sound of
raindrops knocking on my window.
I looked outside and there was not
a single soul in sight.
Nothing disturbed nature’s peace – only nature itself.
And even then,
it was a peaceful disturbance;
a necessary disturbance;
dramatic in the least dramatic way possible.
I can only imagine what tomorrow will bring.
Perhaps I will meet the colours of the rainbow…
All seven of them!
